Personal Training
One to one personal training based in the heart of London, we keep training simple by setting goals each week to each month. Progressing our exercises with a focus on correct form, making you feel stronger, confident and comfortable in the gym.

Sports Therapy
Soft tissue therapy to help relieve muscle pain. Our sports therapy service offers injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. Treatments including, Sports Massage, Dry Needling & Assisted Stretching.

Online Coaching
In need of structure and accountability or new to the gym? We will set you up on a training plan via an app, build a plan just for you whatever your goal; sports specific, weight loss, improve mobility. You'll see immediate improvement through progression & consistency.

MEET YOUR TRAINER
Hey, I'm Soma. With a MSc in Sports Rehabilitation I have spent the last eight years in the health and wellness industry, working one-on-one with hundreds of clients on the gym floor. My practice highlights the transformative power of strength training, which extends far beyond aesthetics.

What drives me to train my clients is the close relationships I have established with them over the years. I enjoy witnessing the impact of our training sessions, which includes feeling more productive in their day-to-day lives, feeling less stressed and more energised, and, lastly, the ability to build healthier relationships with those around them.

I create bespoke training plans for my clients, as everyone is at a different point in their fitness journey. One constant that remains is my relaxed nature towards training. I always aim to create a comfortable space where my clients can feel confident to push their own limits. My ethos is to encourage my clients to simply move their bodies on a consistent basis, without feeling the pressure of regimented fitness routines posted all over social media. My simple yet effective approach will ensure a confident and sustainably healthier you, both for body and mind.
